The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) focuses on research and teaching. These research interests include basic and applied area of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The department has a practice of Collaborative research. Currently department focused on the research on following broad areas: 1. Communication System 2. RF & Microwave Engineering 3. Microelectronics & VLSI 4. IOT & Robotics 5. Image processing The Department has started PhD program in the related areas of Electronics & Communication Engineering. In addition to that, the department has various labs such as communication Lab, VLSI lab, IOT Lab, Semiconductor & Devices lab along with the use of various computing and EDA tools.
