Dr.Apoorva Mishra is working as an ‘Assistant Professor’ at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Pune, India. He is serving as the Guest Editor of the Springer Nature Journal ‘SN Applied Sciences,’ Topical Collection on Engineering: Artificial Intelligence (ESCI-Indexed), and has handled 62 manuscripts to final disposition.
He has filed two Indian patents and has published around 20 research papers in various peer-reviewed international/national journals and conferences, including those of the world-renowned publishers like IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, ACM, etc. Some of his key publications are in journals like ‘Theoretical Computer Science,’ Elsevier, ‘Soft Computing,’ Springer, ‘Neural Processing Letters,’ Springer, ‘International Journal of Information Technology,’ Springer, ‘SN Applied Sciences,’ Springer, etc.
He has published articles in various reputed newspapers and magazines like ‘The Times of India (Education Times),’ 'The Economic Times (ET Government),' ‘CSI Communications,’ etc. He is serving as an active reviewer of many renowned SCI-indexed international journals. He is also an authorized reviewer of the published articles in the ACM and has published five expert reviews for the ACM. He has completed Ph.D. from ABV-IIITM, Gwalior, India in 2019, in the broad area of Artificial Intelligence with a CGPA of 9.5 out of 10 in the course work. He has also received the ‘Gold Medal’ from the university for scoring the highest marks in M.Tech. He qualified GATE in 2010, 2011, and NET (Asst. Prof + JRF), held in June 2015.' Prior to joining IIIT Pune, he was working as an Assistant Professor at ‘Bennett University,’ Greater Noida, India. In the past, he has also gained industrial experience while working at ‘Tata Consultancy Services.’
